We’re a family-run, eco-concious, tour company in Munich offering small-group experiences built on local insight, meaningful storytelling, and responsible tourism.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and engaging people who want to help travelers experience Munich and Bavaria in an authentic, entertaining and premium way.

Who We’re Looking For

We hire local guides and experience hosts who are:

Confident communicators and natural storytellers
Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about Munich’s history and culture
Responsible, punctual, and guest-focused
Comfortable working with diverse groups
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Legally able to work in Germany

Tour guiding experience is great, but not required — we provide training.
