Munich’s “mini Oktoberfest” – An insider tour
Experience Munich’s Springfest the fun and easy way with this high-energy kick-off tour. We start near the Central Train Station and make our way to the lively festival grounds at the iconic Theresienwiese, where the celebration is already underway. With your local guide leading the way, you’ll step straight into a world of colorful rides, buzzing crowds, and that unmistakable Bavarian festival atmosphere.
Along the way, you’ll grab a tasty Bavarian snack from a local vendor before heading into one of the festival tents for your included 1-liter beer. No stress, no confusion — your guide helps you navigate the tent, find seats, and settle in like a local. You’ll pick up fun traditions, insider tips, and even learn how to toast properly as the energy builds around you.
Unlike Oktoberfest — where table reservations can cost €300–€500+ — Springfest is refreshingly relaxed. With the right timing and a bit of local know-how, you can enjoy the tents without the hassle or expense. That’s exactly what this tour delivers: an easy, social way to experience the festival at its best.
Expect clinking steins, music, laughter, and maybe even a bit of dancing on benches as the afternoon turns into evening. This is Munich at its most lively — and you’re right in the middle of it.
The tour ends inside the heart of the festival, so you’re free to stay and keep the party going, explore more rides and tents, or head back for our optional 18:45 Munich Beer Tour if you’re not ready to call it a night.
Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and groups, this experience is all about great vibes, great company, and starting your Springfest the right way.
